TailorTalents started in Waasmunster in 2020 as a small crew of technicians who wanted to take last-mile delivery, assembly, and repair seriously. Five years later, brands across Belgium trust us with their flagship products.
Our story
From a single van to a Benelux operation.
We were three technicians in a borrowed warehouse, doing installation contracts that bigger logistics players wouldn't touch — the ones with too many moving parts, too much torque spec, too much customer interaction.
That "too" turned out to be exactly what brands needed. Today our crews install bikes, fitness, medical, and industrial equipment for premium retailers and OEMs across the Benelux, handle thousands of last-mile deliveries a year, and run repair contracts for some of the most recognisable names in the sector.
We're still based in Waasmunster. We still send the same project lead from start to finish. And we still believe the right answer is usually the one that takes a little longer.

Headquartered in Waasmunster. Operating across Belgium and the Benelux.
Our central depot sits 30 minutes from Antwerp, putting most of Belgium within a half-day drive. We run dedicated crews from bases across Flanders, Wallonia, and the Netherlands border.
