Methodology

How these numbers are counted.

Installations: every individual unit assembled and accepted on-site by a TailorTalents crew, signed off by the customer or a designated representative. Counts are aggregated from our dispatch system and cross-checked against signed acceptance forms.

High-value deliveries: every routed delivery of equipment classified internally as 'high-value' (fitness, medical, mobility, bikes >€500 catalogue value, industrial machinery). Standard-parcel and accessory-only deliveries are excluded from this count.

On-time rate: deliveries completed within the agreed window, computed against the operating calendar (working days only, excluding force-majeure events). Rolling-12-month basis.

Brands served: distinct manufacturer or retailer brands for which TailorTalents has performed paid delivery, installation or service work in the last twelve months.

Geographies: countries where TailorTalents has performed at least one billable delivery or install in the last twelve months.

Where we operate

Geographic coverage.

Belgium is our home market. The Netherlands and Luxembourg are routine cross-border work — we run them as if they were Belgian routes. France is project-based, with regular activity in Hauts-de-France and Lille-Roubaix.

Belgium — full national coverage from the Waasmunster HQ, with daily route density across Flanders and Wallonia
Netherlands — routine cross-border, with concentrated activity in Noord-Brabant, Zuid-Holland and Limburg
Luxembourg — Luxembourg-Ville and surrounding industrial corridor
France — Hauts-de-France region (Lille, Roubaix, Tourcoing) routinely; project-by-project further south
