Do you handle commercial gym rollouts across multiple sites?

Yes. Multi-site rollouts are most of what we do — we coordinate delivery windows, pre-build, install, sign-off and reporting across an entire chain on one schedule. Phased deployments are normal; we plan against your operating calendar so existing locations stay open.
Are your technicians manufacturer-trained?

Our installers carry brand-specific training where the manufacturer offers it (DKN, Life Fitness, Trek service certification). For brands without a formal training programme, our process is built around manufacturer torque specs and acceptance procedures so handover documentation matches what their service team would produce.
What's included in a typical service contract?

Preventive maintenance visits at agreed intervals, breakdown response within an SLA window, spare-part stocking, calibration on selected units, and an annual condition report per location. Contract scope scales to fleet size — single locations get a lighter contract, multi-site chains get full coverage.
Do you cover the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France too?

Belgium is our home market. The Netherlands and Luxembourg are routine cross-border work — we run those as if they were Belgian routes. France is project-based: we cover Hauts-de-France and Lille-Roubaix routinely; further south we handle as agreed per project.
How fast can you respond to a quote request?
