Do you deliver to homes with limited access?

Yes — narrow doorways, stairs, lifts and tight access are routine. We confirm access conditions before we schedule and bring the right equipment to handle them safely.

Can you handle reimbursement-ready documentation?

Yes. We hand over delivery and commissioning documentation in a format that fits the customer's reimbursement workflow — timestamps, signatures, serial numbers and equipment specifications.

Do you train end-users on the equipment?

On equipment that requires it (mobility scooters, electric wheelchairs, adaptive bikes), our crew runs the customer through safe operation, charging, and basic troubleshooting before leaving.

What happens if the equipment needs adjustment after delivery?

We schedule an adjustment visit. For Hego Mobile and Move All The Way customers this is built into the partner SLA; for others we quote on the call.

Do you handle refurbishment intake?

Yes — collection of replaced or end-of-life equipment is a routine part of the work, with condition reporting back to the supplier.
